Fire damper machine consists of frame production line,positive pressure air supply outlet production line,blades forming machine,supporting bar forming machine,spring forming machine,riveting platform and so on.
VCD production line has the functions of punching, forming and bending, replacing the traditional production process with shearing machine and bending equipment. The main parts of the whole line are decoiler, punching , forming part and automatic folding. The products produced by the machine do not need anti-rust treatment, which ensures that the galvanized layer of the zinc plate does not have any damage. It can be customized according to customer needs.

Fire damper riveting platform consist of frame riveting(four rivets),TDF corner riveter(four rivets),supporting bar riveting(two rivets) and baffler rivets(single rivet).
TDF flange forming machine applies both sides feeding and simultaneously shaping work mode, one side forming and one side forming is for installing hooks. TDF folder is with hydraulic,pneumatic,manual type.
