VCD production line has the functions of punching, forming and bending, replacing the traditional production process with shearing machine and bending equipment. The main parts of the whole line are decoiler, punching , forming part and automatic folding. The basic production process is as follows: The metal sheet passes through the positioning blocks and enters the inlet. The first feeding roller group transports the metal sheet and delivers it to the second feeding roller group. Between the two sets of rollers, rotating blades cut the metal edges into the predetermined groove dimensions. Subsequently, the metal is sent to two pairs of rib pressing rollers, forming two flanges. Then, the metal sheet is fed forward and sent to the bending rollers to achieve a round shape.
