Dcoiler and leveler line is used for different roll bending.It gets a flat plate of requirement width and length after decoil,leveler and cutting.It is combined with feeding shelf,decoiller,leveling,transporter,guiding device set-to- length device,plastic-cover device,shearing machine,transporting table.
Circle angle iron forming machine employs coil to form angle iron flange then cut off the processed work pieces with pleasant appearance and accurate dimensions. The equipment has advantage of compact structure and easy operation.Angle iron punching machine can be matched with the angle iron forming machine to produce perfect circle angle iron.
Air Duct Machine Line Ⅱ is mainly for TDF flange blanking,meanwhile,it can be used for normal sheet blanking.Matched with TDF forming machine,pittsburgh lock former,folder and angle joint joint,the line can produce nice TDF ducts.

The electrical control system uses a computer with a closed-loop and servo-system to increase the precision and reliability of the manufacture line. The maximum working speed is 16m/min.The length tolerance is±0.3mm. The diagonal line tolerance is ±0.5mm. One team will produce 1000㎡of square duct by using this system.
