The basic production process is as follows: The metal sheet passes through the positioning blocks and enters the inlet. The first feeding roller group transports the metal sheet and delivers it to the second feeding roller group. Between the two sets of rollers, rotating blades cut the metal edges into the predetermined groove dimensions. Subsequently, the metal is sent to two pairs of rib pressing rollers, forming two flanges. Then, the metal sheet is fed forward and sent to the bending rollers to achieve a round shape.

The blade forming machine for fire damper machine adopts PLC control, LCD touch screen, human-computer interface. Realize the interaction between human and Panasonic PLC. The operator can automatically run (programmable control) and monitor the control process through the set program, so as to realize the operator to control the production line and modify the control parameters, and monitor the equipment operation status, operation parameters and fault indication in real time. Rotary machine used specialized rolling wheels to process the mental sheets into different shapes covering grooving,envelope line,flattening,cutting ,embossing and round elbow.
