QC11YSeries-Hydraulic Brake Plate Shearing Machine

Hydraulic guillotine shearer is of high strength cast iron body, fixed table structure, increased stability. It adopts a through shaft structure and a cast steel clutch. The shaft is a new type of wear-resistant shaft sleeve. Large machine tools are all made of cast steel gears. Greatly extend the service life. The basic production process is as follows: The metal sheet passes through the positioning blocks and enters the inlet. Subsequently, the metal is sent to two pairs of rib pressing rollers, forming two flanges. Then, the metal sheet is fed forward and sent to the bending rollers to achieve a round shape.
