1.With size-fixed cutting, the line can be used with a plasma cutting machine.
2.a.The line can notch angles for making“C”or“S”, profiles to match the corresponding lock formers.
b.With angle notching for all kinds of TDF joints, the line can be matched with TDF flange former & TDF folder.
3.Notch angle and fold for TDC flange to make “□ " square duct. Matched with pittsburgh lock former and TDC
flange former,the line can produce a whole duct.

How to make duct by semi automatic line:
Semi-Automatic Duct Making Process
1. Coil Loading & Sheet Preparation
Galvanized steel coil is loaded onto the decoiler.
The coil is leveled and straightened.
Sheet thickness and width are adjusted according to duct requirements.
2. Cutting & Feeding
The sheet is cut into required lengths by a shearer.
The operator transfers sheets to the next process.
3. TDF Flange Forming
The sheet passes through the TDF flange forming machine.
Four edges are formed with TDF flange profiles.
This creates strong connections between duct panels.
4. Lockforming / Pittsburgh Seam Processing
The duct sheet edges are processed by a lockforming machine.
The Pittsburgh seam is created for duct corner connection.
5. Duct Folding
The sheet is folded into a rectangular duct shape using:

6. Corner Installation
TDF corners are installed manually.
Corner pieces are fixed with hammers or pneumatic tools.

Ventilation duct machine The air duct production line V is composed of feeding frame, leveling and beading, hydraulic punching point and square mouth, hydraulic shearer, movable pittsburgh forming machine,feeding platform, duplex flange machine, duplex angle iron flange machine (or double snap lock machine), servo feeding platform and TDF hydraulic folding.
